This short program has been created by Toby and Sussan from Renewed Life to support couples who feel stuck in the same patterns, emotional reactions and unresolved tension, and want a safe and practical way to begin rebuilding connection.

This is not a communication course and it is not about learning scripts to say the right things.
This reset focuses on what is happening underneath your reactions, inside your nervous system, emotional responses and sense of safety with each other.

Over the next seven days, you will be guided through short, structured sessions designed to help you slow down, understand your patterns, reduce emotional reactivity and create small moments of reconnection that build trust again.

You do not need to be perfect to do this well. You only need to be willing to be honest, curious and gentle with yourselves and each other.

We encourage you to watch each video together where possible, complete the worksheet straight after the video, and allow yourselves a short pause before moving on to the next day.

If emotions come up during this reset, that is completely normal. This work is designed to create awareness and safety, not to force difficult conversations or push you into conflict.

This reset is not a replacement for counselling or therapy. It is a starting point to help stabilise your relationship, reduce emotional tension and give you a clearer picture of what support you may need moving forward.
