Cancellation Policy for Renewed Life Coaching & Counseling Services

At Renewed Life, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure that we can provide the best possible service for all clients, we have a structured cancellation policy in place. By hiring Renewed Life, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Booking Fee: A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee can be applied to reschedule your session if you provide notice before the cancellation window. However, if the appointment is canceled without rescheduling within the required notice period, this fee will be retained.

  2. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe allow us to offer the appointment slot to another client.

  3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session rate. This helps cover the cost of time and resources set aside for you.

  4. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notification, the full session rate will be charged. We value the time we dedicate to each client and appreciate your cooperation in keeping our schedule running smoothly.

  5. Repeated Cancellations: In cases where clients cancel or reschedule appointments frequently, we may discuss alternative scheduling options or suggest a more suitable service arrangement.

  6. Payment for Cancelled Sessions: If you have prepaid for sessions, the amount for a canceled session will be credited toward future sessions as per the cancellation terms above.

Cancellation Policy for NDIS Mentoring, Counseling, and Social Work Services (Minimum 5-Hour Requirement)

As an NDIS service provider, Renewed Life follows a structured cancellation policy to ensure consistent support for all clients. By hiring Renewed Life for NDIS services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Cancellation Notice: NDIS participants are required to give a minimum of 2 business days' notice for cancellations to avoid fees. This advance notice helps us manage resources and staffing effectively for all clients.

  2. Cancellations Within Notice Period: If a session is canceled within the 2-day notice period, we will charge for the full 5 hours. This policy ensures we can maintain consistent support for all clients.

  3. Minimum Service Duration: For NDIS services, we require a minimum commitment of 5 hours of services per week. This minimum ensures that participants receive the necessary support, maximizing the benefits of their care plan.

  4. Payment Terms: In cases of short-notice cancellations or no-shows, the session will be billed for the full 5 hours. These charges are designed to support the continuity and sustainability of services for all participants.

  5. Frequent Cancellations: If frequent cancellations occur, we may reach out to discuss any necessary adjustments to service scheduling to better align with the participant’s needs and availability
